IN-STORE PICKUP SERVICE'S, QUESTIONS!
What it's the minimum equipment pickup requirement?
- Our minimum is (2) 6' tables and (20) white fan back chairs. Or (20) garden chairs or (16) chivari chairs.
- A security deposit is a deposit holding fee, which reimbursed when the equipment is returned.
Pick up and drop off information:
- Pick up between 9am-11:30am
Drop off between 9am-11:30am
Pick up services- In order to pick up the equipment, the lessee will need to show proof of the ordered booked, along with an ID.

Our minimum is (3) 6' tables and (30) white fan back chairs. Or (25) garden chairs or (25) chivari chairs.
HOW MANY DAYS DO I GET TO KEEP THE EQUIPMENT FOR THE EVENT IN THE FOLLOWING SCENERIO?
BACKYARD--Drop off will be the day before the event; pickup will be after the event
BUSINESS--Drop off will be the day before the event; pickup will be after the event; Ground floor Delivery--No extra Charges
BUSINESS--Drop off will be the day before the event, same day drop off will incur an extra fee, pick up the same day will incur an extra fee
VENUE--Drop off will be the day before the event, same day drop off will incur an extra fee, pick up the same day will incur an extra fee
DOWNTOWN-Drop off will be the day before the event, same day drop off will incur an extra fee, pick up the same day will incur an extra fee, elevator will incur an extra fee
